Thomas H. Richter, 76, of Fennimore, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, March 27, 2020, at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

No formal memorial services will be held at this time with burial in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore to be announced at a later date.
