‘Tommy 2 Stripes’, 45, of Richland Center passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Meriter Hospital in Madison. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 7, at Pratt Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 6, at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, November 7, at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 12:00 p.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. Masks are optional and casual attire is suggested. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Thomas’s name can be directed to the family. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
