Thomas Patrick Foley, 28, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at his home in Rochester, Minn., from complications due to DuChenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Tom was born August 5, 1985 in Rochester, Minn., to Steve and Cheryl (McManamy) Foley.

 Funeral services were held at 12 noon on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Rochester with Father Don Schmitz officiating. Visitation was held two hours prior to the service at the church.

The Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
