Tiyanna Jolynn Hotchkiss, 13, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018. 

Visitation will be held at Pratt Memorial Chapel, 120 N. Park St., Richland Center, on Friday, December 28, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, December 29, at the Jack Funeral Home, 115 W 4th St, Blair, Wisconsin, from 12:00 p.m. until the service time at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
