FENNIMORE—Virginia Evelyn Belscamper, age 85, died on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa. 

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 17, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church with burial following in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster. Renee Thomas officiated. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore assisted the family. A memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Virginia E.
