Wayne B. Hoffman, 75, of Platteville, died on Tuesday, Dec. 24.

Funeral services were at noon on Monday, Dec. 30 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Rev. Robin Luckey officiated. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery in Platteville.
