Wendy M. Kehoe, 40, of Richland Center, formerly of Platteville, died on Monday, Dec. 24, at the Richland Hospital.   Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at New Hope Assembly of God Church.  Pastor Mike Majeski will officiate.  Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Wendy M.
