Willard H. Voigts, 85, of Platteville died on Monday, Jan. 30, at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.  Funeral services were 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at Peace Lutheran Church, Belmont. Rev. Connie Matye officiated.  Burial was at the Belmont Cemetery. Military Rites were accorded. Friends called from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb., 1, at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, or from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Willard H.
