Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 4, at Pratt Memorial Chapel; Reverend Rob Richards officiating with burial following in the Loyd Cemetery. A visitation was held at Pratt Memorial Chapel on Sunday, December 4, until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m. The family suggests that memorials in Bill’s name be directed to GRACE, P.O.
