William Karl Hazelton, 64, Spring Hill, Fla., died suddenly on Aug. 27, 2013 of an appar- ent cardiac arrest.

A memorial service will be held on Nov. 23, 2013 in Key West, Fla. Details to be an- nounced at a later date.
