William “Wayne” Bockhop, 79 of Belmont, died on Thursday, December 22, 1016 at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Belmont United Methodist Church, Belmont.  Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, or from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church.  Memorials may be made to the William “Wayne” Bockhop Memorial Fund.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
