Former Wisconsin Badger men’s basketball player Zak Showalter visited the Shullsburg Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball Camps on Friday. July 6, to speak with the camp attendees about his career and development as a player and the cruical role hard work and practice played in getting him from a high school player to a Division 1 starter in college for the Badgers. Showalter worked through a few drills on the court and took time to pose for pictures and sign autographs for the players. More than 100 youth players attended the three-day camp held on July 5-7.
