The coach said the day was useful as a learning experience both for the wrestlers and himself as a first year coach.

“We needed time off,” the coach said.

Taking Friday off, the team was back on the mat Saturdayu for the Weston Invitational.

“It went really well for us,” said Harry. “This was probably the best meet of the year for us.”

Three wrestlers went 4-1, according to the coach – Brandon Mindham, Chase Beinborn, and Dakota Frazier.

Beinborn (138) took second place in his class; Frazier (126) took third; and Mindham (120) took fifth.

The Boscobel wrestlers headed to River Ridge for a triangular meet on Tuesday night, Jan. 19.
