SPRING GREEN -About 30 members of Friends of the Lower Wisconsin Riverway (FLOW) joined a group paddle and annual meeting potluck on Saturday, Aug. 16. The group paddled the stretch of river between the Highway 14 bridge and Peck’s Landing, with some paddlers venturing up Mill Creek to the base of the shot tower at Tower Hill State Park.
