Greg and Dawn Kiefer celebrated their 25th anniversary this past weekend at Ishnala Supper Club in Wisconsin Dells. They were married on July 11, 1991, in Golden, Colorado, shortly before they moved to Cazenovia to purchase his father’s farm. Greg continues to farm as well as teach middle school special education at Kickapoo Area Schools. Dawn is editor of The Richland Observer and is on the Brewer Library Board. Dawn grew up in Chicago, where her brothers and their families reside, before she moved to the Denver, Colorado area, where she lived until her move to Wisconsin. Her parents are deceased. Greg is the son of the late Jim and Velma Kiefer, and stepson of Jim’s widow Carol Moe Kiefer of Reedsburg. Greg’s brother Jamie and family live in Littleton, Colorado, and his brother Tim lives in Baraboo.
