GRAND CHUTE — The Potosi/Cassville baseball team will play for the WIAA Division 4 state championship Thursday morning. The No. 2 seed Chieftains outlasted No. 3 Reedsville in a marathon, drama-filled 11-inning state semifinal contest 2–1 at Fox Cities Stadium Tuesday morning. Potosi/Cassville senior third baseman Ben Infield scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning when freshman Lane Schaefer reached on a two-out error by Reedsville second baseman Landon Martz.
