David Neff of South Wayne and Dixie Neff of Darlington announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Neff of Monroe, to Timothy Kainz of Monroe, the son of Ronald and Patricial Kainz of Monroe.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Black Hawk High School. She currently works as a loan assistant at Bank of Monticello in Monticello. The groom is a graduate of Monroe High School. He currently works as a foreman at Parisi Construction, Inc., in Verona.
The wedding is set for Sept. 29, 2012 at St. Victor Catholic Church in Monroe.
