Luke and Nicole Tyson, Shullsburg, announce the birth of their daughter, Marissa Kathleen Tyson, at 3:14 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Marissa weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Tim and Julie Brant, Scales Mound, Ill., and Terry and Carol Tyson, Shullsburg.

Great-grandparents are Floyd and Joyce Tyson, Shullsburg, and Louise Stecklein, Cuba City.
