A ribbon cutting was held at Bridges and Super 8 in Darlington on Monday, March 30 at 3:30 p.m. New owner Brian Park cut the ribbon with a good sized crowd of well wishers from the Darlington Chamber/Main Street program and Darlington City Council looking on.
    After the ribbon cutting Darlington Chamber/Main Street director Suzi Osterday presented Park with a welcome gift from the chamber and wished the new owners luck in their endeavors.
    Park and his wife Nika purchased the hotel and restaurant in Darlington earlier this year.
