UDDER BROTHERS CREAMERY and Hi-Grove Holsteins is located in Boscobel, WI. It is run by twin brothers Jason and Justin and their families.

BOSCOBEL - “You’ve heard the rumors—well, the rumors are true.” So Jason Sparrgrove confirmed that he and his twin brother Justin, co-owners of Udder Brothers Creamery are purchasing Boscobel’s old Dairy Queen building.

“The plan is to stay at our current location until Christmas and start moving everything over. We’ve been in there cleaning, and we’re going to start painting next week.”

Sparrgrove reported that in addition to the current offerings of ice cream, meat, and cheeses, the brothers intend to offer soft serve and a full food menu.

“We’ll have burgers, fried fish, that sort of thing.”

If all goes well, the restaurant will open on January 16, with a grand opening sometime in the spring, he said. If staffing doesn’t stop them, the brothers intend to be open 7 days a week, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and later in the summer, according to Sparrgrove.

The two brothers grew up in Boscobel and farm, as well as run their current location, a few blocks down Elm Street. The creamery sells meats and dairy products from the farm, as well as other food stuff including krauts and dry goods.
