A recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel op-ed by David Haynes on the importance of bipartisanship highlighted The Lugar Center’s Bipartisan Index, which ranked U.S. Rep. Ron Kind (D-WI) as the most bipartisan member of the Wisconsin delegation.

The Bipartisan Index measures how often each Member of Congress works across party lines.

According to the index, Kind is ranked 18th overall when compared with all 435 members of Congress.
