The children of Oliver A. and Stella A. (Walker) Rice both passed from this life to the next in Michigan, Harlan Rice in Jackson, and Alice M. (Rice) Russell in Potterville. Oliver and Stella were long time residents in the Boscobel area and came from a long line of Rice ancestors who helped settle the area in the early 1800’s. Oliver and Stella followed their two children to Michigan in their later years and are buried in the cemetery near their daughter.

Beverly A. Knight, 84, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, 710 N Wisconsin Ave, Muscoda. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Burial will be held in the Avoca Cemetery. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. prattfuneralservice.com
