It is with great sadness that the family of Avis Elaine (Patch) Hornick announces her passing after a lengthy illness, on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at the age of 78 years and 10 months in Sebring, Florida. She was under the gentle care of Good Shepherd Hospice of Sebring in her final days.
In accordance with her wishes, a private viewing with family members only was held at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida, who assisted in making final arrangements.
