LANCASTER – Barbara “Barb” Jean Reuter, age 74, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Grant Regional Health Center surrounded by her family. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Eckstein Building in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.  A Celebration of Life will follow from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Eckstein Building. Private family burial will be held at a later date.  Kramer-Grau Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with her care.
