Betty Jane (Kies) Swart, 97, of Platteville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

A funeral service with luncheon will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at Whig Community Church, rural Platteville. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville. Visitation will be Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church. In lieu of plants, flowers and other gifts, memorials may be given in Betty’s memory to Whig Community Church, the MercyOne Dubuque Foundation, or another charity of choice. Popp Funeral and Cremation Services in Viroqua is entrusted with her services.
