Betty Thelma Larson Zajicek, age 90, of Dodgeville passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Uplands Hills Nursing & Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the Gorgen-Mcginley & Ayers Funeral Home in Dodgeville.
