Bonnie D. (Burns) Hartley, 73, of Beloit, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. 

A memorial service will take place at Rosman Funeral Home on December 20, 2025 at 12 p.m. A visitation will take place at 11 a.m. until the time of service.
