Carolyn L. Hackett, 77, of Muscoda passed away, Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on January 22, 1949, in Boscobel, WI, one of twelve siblings, to William and Mavis Ward.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Boscobel Bowl and Banquet, 16971 US Hwy 61, Boscobel, WI, on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
