LANCASTER—Catherine E. Schindler, age­­­­­­­ 92, of Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 11 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Rev. John Sasse and Msgr. Tom Baxter officiating.  Burial was in St. Clement Cemetery, Lancaster. A Catherine E. Schindler Memorial Fund has been established. Nancy Hope (Neises) Maury passed quietly in her home on May 28th, 2025, under the care of her husband of 45 years, Dennis Elbert Maury and her eldest daughter, Terry Lynn Holloway, both of Lancaster, WI. Nancy’s life, a graveside service will be held at St. Charles Cemetery in Cassville, WI, at a later date.
