Charles D. “Chuckie” Smith, Dadeville, Alabama, formerly of rural Gays Mills, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 after a 17 year battle with cancer.
Memorial services were held January 31 at the Jeffcoat Funeral Home, Tallassee, Alabama.

Beverly A. Knight, 84, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, 710 N Wisconsin Ave, Muscoda. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Burial will be held in the Avoca Cemetery. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. prattfuneralservice.com
