Christine “Chris” Lynne Ott

Chris lost her long, courageous, roller-coaster war with pancreatic cancer on July 6, 2014 at home with family and in the excellent care of the Upland Hills Hospice team.  She was born in Belvidere, Ill., on August 22, 1961 but moved to the Excelsior area with her family when she was 13 years old. On the “farm.” she hiked the hills and loved the woods and tended to a variety of animals.

A Celebration of Life visitation for Chris will be held at Clary Memorial Funeral Home, Hwy. 14 East, in Richland Center on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. with a short service at 7:30.  All friends and family are invited.
