Clifford Charles McCabe, 87, of Platteville passed away Dec. 4, 2017, at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City.

A funeral service followed by Military Honors will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 7, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Platteville with Fr. John Blewett officiating. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home in Platteville, and Thursday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Clifford C. McCabe Memorial fund has been established. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory of Platteville is entrusted with his services.

CASSVILLE - John Okey, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and lifelong carpenter, passed away on May 3, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him. He was 61 years young.  A celebration of John's life will be held this Friday, May 9th, 2025, at J&J Sandbar from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor John's memory by taking a moment to enjoy the outdoors, share a meal with someone you love, or simply sit in the fresh air and reflect. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Cassville is assisting the family.
