Connie Swenson, 75, of rural Soldiers Grove, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025. She was born April 23, 1950, in Viroqua, Wisconsin, to Melvin and Myra (Fortney) Olson. Connie was baptized and confirmed at Mt. Sterling Lutheran Church.

She graduated from North Crawford High School in 1968 and from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 1972 with a degree in Business Administration. On March 25, 1972, Connie married Rick Swenson at Mt. Sterling Lutheran Church, where she was a lifelong member.
