Corinne “Corky” V. Powers, 94, of Hillpoint, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 7.

A funeral service for Corinne was conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 11 at Our Lady of the Field Chapel in Loreto. Father Patrick Wendler officiated. Visitation was from 2–5 p.m. on Sunday at the Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at Our Lady of the Field Chapel. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family.

Judy Buss, born May 25, 1939 in the village of Belmont to Gilbert and Anna (Schult) Ludlum. She died May 25, 2025 in Southwest Health in Platteville, surrounded by family on her 86th birthday.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 29, at noon at St. Philomena Catholic Church.  Fr. Bernie Rott will officiate.  Burial will be in the Belmont Cemetery.

A visitation will be held at the Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point on Wednesday, May 28 from 4 until 7 p.m. and on Thursday from 11 until 11:50 a.m. at the church.
