David C. Nelson, 89, Fennimore, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026.

A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2026, with lunch provided for family and friends. Private burial will follow at Prairie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers or plants, a memorial fund will be established in Dave’s name to support charities that were dear to his heart.
