Debra ‘Deb’ A. Mathews, 65, of Muscoda, died Sunday, October 24, 2021, at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Godager Pratt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Blue River Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Godager Pratt Funeral Home on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. The family suggests everyone attending to wear a mask.
