Diane Donna Clark, 77, Platteville, passed away on Tuesday, June 9 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

Funeral services were held on Friday, June 12 at 11 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Platteville. Pastor Jeffrey Pedersen officiated. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville. Visitation was on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
