Diane G. (Ward) Smallwood, age 69, of Muscoda, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.  Celebration of Life for Diane Smallwood 11:00 am, Saturday, February 21, 2026. United Presbyterian Church of Muscoda. A time of fellowship will follow the service. Burial will be held at the Indian Creek at a later date. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
