Douglas B. Pluemer, age 63, from Dubuque, Iowa formerly of Potosi, Wisconsin, passed away, Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at his home. Keeping with all things Doug, there will be a celebration of life at Massey Fisherman’s Wharf, 9359 Massey Marina Ln. Dubuque, IA 52003, on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Doug Pluemer memorial fund has been established.
