Earl W. Appenzeller, 80, Platteville, passed away on Thursday, June 1 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 8 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Rev. Jeff Pedersen will officiate.  Military rites will be accorded by VFW Post #5274 and American Legion Post #42. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday.
