LANCASTER - Eileen M. Rice, age 89, of Lancaster, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Atrium Post Acute Care Chapel in Lancaster with Pastor David Arevalo and Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the nursing home chapel.
