Ervin Sylvester Mott, Jr was born on the family farm near Richland Center, Wisconsin on December 1, 1935, to Bessie (Denman) Mott and Ervin Sylvester Mott, Sr.  

Ervin ‘Sandy’ Mott passed away on September 9, 2025.
