Frances B. Cushman, 84, of Platteville, passed away Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, at SSM Health Saint Mary’s Hospital in Madison.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. at the Melby Funeral Home in Platteville.  A visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
