BLOOMINGTON - Hazel Mae Morovits was born September 29, 1927, at home in Seneca, WI, the daughter of Joe C. and Annie (Heisz) Morovits, the second oldest of seven children.  She died peacefully at home on her wedding anniversary February 7, 2025, surrounded by her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father John Meoska OSB as principal celebrant.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 4 – 8 PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Bloomington; with a Scripture Service at 4:00 p.m.  Family and friends may also call on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington is assisting the family.

Marilyn Jean Myers Ellis

Marilyn Jean Myers Ellis, 85, most recently of St. Cloud, MN passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025 at the St. Cloud Hospital. A celebration of life for Marilyn will take place at First Lutheran Church in Hinckley, MN on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.  Marilyn asked that family and friends wear bright colors in remembrance of her love for flowers.  Burial will take place at the Lutheran Memorial Cemetery in Hinckley following the service, with a luncheon afterwards at the church.Marilyn loved her family and friends and will be deeply missed.  Our thanks to those who provided care and support in her last few weeks.
