James C. Patzner, 87, Potosi, passed away on Friday, May 29 at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 4  at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson. Burial will be at St. Andrew’s Catholic Cemetery with military detail accorded by the American Legion Post #473 and the VFW Berg Averkamp Post 5276. Visitation will be at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 3 from 4–7 p.m. and on Thursday, June 4 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass. Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, is assisting the family.

Judy Buss, born May 25, 1939 in the village of Belmont to Gilbert and Anna (Schult) Ludlum. She died May 25, 2025 in Southwest Health in Platteville, surrounded by family on her 86th birthday.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 29, at noon at St. Philomena Catholic Church.  Fr. Bernie Rott will officiate.  Burial will be in the Belmont Cemetery.

A visitation will be held at the Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point on Wednesday, May 28 from 4 until 7 p.m. and on Thursday from 11 until 11:50 a.m. at the church.
