Our husband, dad, papa, and great-papa, Jerry G. Kast passed into eternal life at home on the farm, on the morning of January 20, 2024, following a brief illness. 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Jerry at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Loreto Ridge with Father Michael Resop officiating.  Burial will be in the spring at Our Lady of the Fields. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass at church. Feel free to dress casual as that is what Jerry would want.

Our family requests that any memorials be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the Disabled Veterans of America Foundation, or to simply enjoy a front porch visit and a cold beverage with your family and friends; what Jerry enjoyed most.
