Joanne Theresa Gorence, 87, died on June 8, 2024, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Joanne was interred with her husband at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., at Saint Philip Catholic Church near Rolling Ground in Crawford County. It will be the same church where Joanne was baptized and married, and where her parents, two of her brothers, and many other relatives are buried in the parish cemetery.
