cassville/burlington—John Albert Roe, age 56, passed away in Cassville, on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018 while out fishing.

    There will be two celebrations of life to honor John’s memory: Sunday, Nov. 11, at Belle Vita Banquets (34816 Geneva Rd., Burlington, WI 53105) from 1 until 5 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Anker Inn Smokehouse (11008 WI Hwy 133, Cassville, WI 53806) also from 1 until 5 p.m. In lieu of plants and flowers, a John A. Roe Memorial Fund has been established with proceeds being distributed to local emergency and rescue services. Beverly A. Knight, 84, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, 710 N Wisconsin Ave, Muscoda. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Burial will be held in the Avoca Cemetery. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. prattfuneralservice.com
