John J. Thill, 87, of Potosi, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Nov. 26.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 3 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Tennyson. Father Richard Leffler will officiate. Burial will be at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery in Potosi, where graveside military rites will be accorded. Friends may call from 4–7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2 at the church or from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the church. Memorials may be made to the John J. Thill Memorial Fund. Katherine Maude “Kate” Flansburgh, age 99 of Boscobel, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 26, 2025 with her family by her side.  The memorial service for Kate was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel with Rev. Stan Pegram officiating. A visitation was held at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established. Online condolences can be offered at www.kendallfuneralservice.com.
