Jon Blaine Vine, 56, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020, at UW Hospital in Madison, with his mother and other family members at his side.

Services were held at Gunderson Camacho Funeral & Cremation Care, Mount Horeb, on Monday, Dec. 28, followed by burial at the Springdale Lutheran Church Cemetery in rural Mount Horeb.
